Shipping, Layaway, Returns, and Product Warranty
for anyone living in the lower 48 United States, the Harbolt Company charges a flat $7.00 shipping on the first item and only $3.00 shipping on each additional item included in the same order. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii starts at $15. Shipping to Canada starts at $20 and shipping to all other countries starts at $25. Some items are not able to be shipped overseas and out of the country due to the high cost of shipping because of their weight and size. In this case, you will be notified via email and your complete order will be refunded in full. All orders shipped to the United States, or to all other countries, do not include insurance and the Harbolt Company is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in these shipments. Insurance is available at check out under the shipping options for an additional charge. The Harbolt Company ships all items via United States Postal Service. All items are shipped with free delivery confirmation and a tracking number. This tracking number provides us proof of delivery. The Harbolt Company is not responsible for mishandling or delivery to the wrong address of items by the post office or any packages stolen from your delivery location. If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local post office to have them investigate the problem. If you live in an area where this is a common occurrence, we offer signature confirmation for an additional $2.50. Please contact us to request this service prior to placing your order. If the mistake was made by the Harbolt Company and we shipped to the wrong address, we will send out a replacement free of charge to the correct address.
We offer a layaway plan that will work for everyone. Simply put half down on the price of an item. You then have 30 days to pay the balance left on the item with no additional fees. Layaway items do not qualify for any specials, contests, or free giveaways that the Harbolt Company is offering. Layaway items that are currently on sale will be placed in layaway with their regular price and not the sale price. In other words, an item cannot be held on sale by placing it in layaway. This is only fair to everyone else. We understand that sometimes you might need a little longer to pay. If this is the case, no problem. After the initial 30 days, there will be a $20 fee added to the remainder of the balance owed. Every 30 days past the initial 30 days will incur a $20 fee to be added to the remaining balance of the item or items. All layaway items must be paid off in full within no longer than 90 days or any money and your items at that point will be forfeit. For example, if you wanted to purchase a $100 item. You would put $50 down either with a credit card or PayPal. We would then hold the item for you and you would have 30 days to pay the other $50 and not incur any other fees. After that first 30 days, if you are unable to pay the balance, then there would be a fee of $20 added to the remainder. So, you would then owe $70 to pay off the item. If you needed another 30 days, you would then owe $90. Once you pay half down or 50 percent down on the item, you have 24 hours in which to change your mind and receive a full refund of the amount paid. After 24 hours if you decide that you do not want the item, then your initial payment is forfeit and non-refundable. You will not be responsible for any other payments or fees at that point. All layaway items must be paid for in full and removed from layaway within 90 days of the initial down payment or all money and items will be forfeit and put back up for sale. No refunds on money paid up to that point will be given.
If you receive an item that arrives defective, please contact us immediately to let us know the item is defective. The Harbolt Company will replace the defective item free of charge without any additional cost to you. In some cases, we might ask you to send the item back to us and upon receiving the defective item, we will send out a replacement. If this is the case, we will mail you a postage paid envelope to send your item back and/or refund any shipping charges incurred by you. If we do not have a replacement of that item in stock, we will issue a full refund or a store credit for the purchase amount of the item. If we send you a replacement with a self-addressed and postage paid envelope with the understanding you will send back the defective item, we will need to receive the defective item no later than 14 days upon receiving the replacement and the postage paid envelope, or your credit card will be charged for the replacement item that we sent out. Any defective items we receive back must include all accessories and parts unless other arrangements have been made and we cannot accept any products back that have been tampered with in the event you tried to do something to fix the item yourself.
No returns are allowed for any reason on special order items.
All items purchased from the "Only One Left" category and the "Rare and Hard to Find" category cannot be returned for any reason other than being defective on arrival. In addition, any "Mystery Grab Bags" or auction items also cannot be returned for any reason.
Any personal health products that have been opened and come in contact with a person's body, such as wearables, headphones, ear pods, ear buds, and massagers, or any personal products cannot be returned for any reason due to the sanitary and personal health nature of these products.
All laptops and Mac Books purchased from our lightly used laptop category cannot be returned or any refunds given for any reason. All laptops purchased are guaranteed to be in perfect working condition when they arrive to you. Unless otherwise stated, the laptops carry a 30 day warranty on parts but this warranty does not cover accidents and only covers mechanical failure due to no fault of your own.
All sales are final on items purchased in the previously mentioned categories.
We cannot accept returns on any opened items that were sealed in a blister pack as we cannot resell it as new. All customers are responsible for reading or listening to all the descriptions and knowing if the item is compatible with their equipment. We cannot be responsible for any items ordered that do not work with your equipment due to not reading or listening to the description.
All items returned for any other reason will be subject to a 20 Percent re-stocking fee. This re-stocking fee is based on the original price of the item and not on any sales price that you might have purchased the item at.
Only store credit will be given on items that are returned to us not defective. All non-defective returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns are not accepted on any items that are on sale. All sales are final on items that are purchased on sale. The Harbolt Company must be notified of the desire to return the item, or items, within 24 hours of receiving the item and a tracking number must be provided to us when the item is shipped back. Any non-defective returns not received by The Harbolt Company within 7 days upon the buyer receiving the item or items, will be refused and not accepted. All returned items must include all original packaging and accessories included in the package or a credit will not be given and the item will lbe returned to the buyer. Shipping fees to return a non-defective item are the buyer's responsibility and the initial shipping fee that was originally paid when the item was ordered will not be refunded. Please contact us at

Product Warranty Info
Since the Harbolt Company sells products that are not their own but are items from other brands, we are unable to offer any warranties longer than 30 days from when you receive the item. This 30 day warranty does not include Sharp and Classco products. If you receive an item that is defective or has problems within the first 30 days of receiving the item, the Harbolt Company will replace the item at no cost to you. If we do not have any more of that item in stock, we will issue a refund upon receiving back, and inspecting the defective item. After the 30 days are over and if your product has problems, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of that item to troubleshoot and possibly replace the item. Of course, this is at their own discretion and not ours. We are not responsible for any problems caused to the item from accidents like drops, water damage, lightning strikes, electrical surges, etc. And after 30 days we will not be responsible for any problems whether it be caused by electrical issues, malfunctions, or accidents. Please contact us within the 30 days if your product is having problems and we will proceed from there on what to do. Again, Sharp and Classco products are excluded from this 30 day warranty and we cannot offer any warranty for these items.
