I have more than 20 years experience working with technology. I have done technical support for various organizations and have experience with various operating systems and technologies. 
A few examples include: macOS, Windows, and iOS:  various devices that I have supported are iPhones iPads and Mac computers.  I have experience with adaptive technologies, including: jaws and VoiceOver. Also, I have some experience with NVDA and narrator.
