Shipping policy

Shipping costs on our site are determined by the weight of the products. The prices increase slightly, depending on the weight of the items in your cart. We only ship via United States Postal Service Ground Advantage to anywhere in the United states. When shipping out of the United states, we ship USPS First class mail. Most orders ship out the next business day and You will receive a tracking number when the item has been ship. You may track your package anytime by logging into your account on the web site or using the tracking number provided to you in the shipping email. Shipping to anywhere in the United States starts at $5.95, shipping to Canada starts at $22.95 and shipping to all other countries starts at $35.95. Some items are not able to be shipped overseas and out of the country due to the high cost of shipping because of their weight and size. In this case, you will be notified via email and your complete order will be canceled and refunded in full. Please note, we cannot ship food products or power banks out of the United States. All orders shipped to all other countries, do not include insurance and the Harbolt Company is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in these shipments. The Harbolt Company ships all items via United States Postal Service. All items are shipped with free delivery confirmation and with a tracking number included. This tracking number provides us proof of delivery. The Harbolt Company is not responsible for mishandling or delivery to the wrong address of items by the post office or any packages stolen from your delivery location. If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local post office to have them investigate the problem. If you live in an area where this is a common occurrence, please contact us and we can explore other options. If the mistake was made by the Harbolt Company and we shipped to the wrong address, we will send out a replacement free of charge to the correct address.
