Shipping and Returns
Shipping policy:
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the products. Before you complete your order, you will be given multiple shipping options from which to choose. the price will be determined based on the weight of the items in your order. We only ship via United States Postal Service. You will get the option of Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Please note that Ground advantage travels by land and may take a little longer to get to you, usually 3 to 5 business days. Priority mail travels by air and usually only takes about 2 to 3 days to arrive. Most orders ship out the next business day and You will receive a tracking number when the item has been ship. You may track your package anytime by logging into your account on the web site or using the tracking number provided to you in the shipping email. Shipping to anywhere in the United States starts at $7.95, shipping to Canada starts at $22.95 and shipping to all other countries starts at $35.95. Some items are not able to be shipped overseas and out of the country due to the high cost of shipping because of their weight and size. In this case, you will be notified via email and your complete order will be canceled and refunded in full. All orders shipped to countries, other than the United States, do not include insurance and the Harbolt Company is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in these shipments. All items are shipped with free delivery confirmation and with a tracking number included. This tracking number provides us proof of delivery. The Harbolt Company is not responsible for mishandling or delivery to the wrong address of items by the post office or any packages stolen from your delivery location. If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local post office to have them investigate the problem. If you live in an area where this is a common occurrence, please contact us and we can explore other options. If the mistake was made by the Harbolt Company and we shipped to the wrong address, we will send out a replacement free of charge to the correct address.
Return Policy:
All returns must first be authorized by The Harbolt Company and we require you to verbally speak to us before we will authorize a return. Please call us at 405-471-1200 for authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Once a return is authorized, we must receive the returned item within 14 days of authorization. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.
If you receive an item that arrives defective, please contact us immediately to let us know the item is defective. All defective items must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving the item. Any items reported after this date will not be eligible for return or replacement. We reserve the right to offer a replacement for the defective item. In such case where we cannot replace the item, we will offer you a store credit or full refund. Due to their sanitary nature, products such as wearables, headphones, ear pods, ear buds, and massagers, or any personal health or hygiene products cannot be returned for any reason. All non-defective items returned will be subject to a 15 Percent re-stocking fee. All non-defective returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. All special orders and items purchased from the "Our Closet" category cannot be returned for any reason.
