This heated silk eye mask is one of the best things we have ever tried. If you have dry eye, headaches, sinus pressure, migraines, eye pain, or any other type of aches and pains around the eyes or having to do with your sinuses, this is for you. It is so relaxing and I use this every night when I go to bed. This eye mask simply fits around your head and rests over your eyes. The adjustable strap adjusts to fit almost every sized head and the mask provides 3 different levels of heat to soothe and relax. Think of a heating pad for your eyes. The rechargeable battery can be charged with the included USB type C cable and what is even better, the mask provides haptic vibration so you can feel when the mask turns on and off and also you can tell what level the heat is on by the vibration patterns. There is only one button for everything and it is super simple to operate. Press and hold the button to turn on and you will feel the vibration when it turns on. Press and hold the button again to turn off and you will feel different vibration when it turns off. While the mask is on, press the button one time and you will feel one short vibration for level 1, 2 short vibrations for level 2, and 3 short vibrations for level 3. It's that easy! The cover can be removed and washed when it gets dirty. This is one of the coolest, yet warmest,  things we have seen! You do not know what you are missing until you get one of these! I also have headaches and sinus migraines and this makes them so much better.
